Special Session Proposal

Call for Session Special Proposal

We invite the community to submit proposals to organize special sessions on specific topics. Please send a PDF proposal (less than 2 pages) to apcot2026@gmail.com with the email subject “APCOT 2026 special session proposal” by January 31, 2026. The proposed sessions will be reviewed and selected by TPC Co-Chairs. The proposal should include:

1. Session Name (e.g. Special Session on xxx)
2. Organizer, affiliation, and email
3. Session abstract (<150 words) (Note: This abstract will be used to attract potential participants in the conference website and brochures.)
4. Number of papers (more than 5) and estimated time (less than 90 min)
5. Potential speakers and paper titles
